Our commitment
We want people to be able to find information, understand our work and use our online services regardless of device, connection, age or access need. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical standard for continuous improvement.
What we are working to provide
- Keyboard-friendly navigation and visible focus states.
- Clear headings, readable text, sufficient colour contrast and responsive layouts.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and descriptive labels for links and form controls.
- Captions or text alternatives for important video and audio content where available.
- Documents and downloadable materials that are as accessible as the source files allow.
Known limitations
Some older content, third-party services and previously published documents may not yet meet the same standard. We are improving these materials as they are reviewed, replaced or republished. A PDF or external service may also have accessibility features outside our direct control.
Tell us what is difficult to use
If you cannot access something, find an image or document without an adequate alternative, or need information in another format, please contact us. Tell us the page or material involved, what you were trying to do and the best way to respond.
